The Mount Kenya is the highest Mountain in Kenya and second highest in Africa after Mt. Kilimanjaro measuring 4,985 Metres via Sirimon Route. The trek is enjoyable journey and takes four days using this route.

From the summit there is a beautiful view of the dramatic volcanic massif and the two main peaks of Batian and Nelion, as well as long views over the central plains of Kenya. It has long been a popular and very attractive hike through an ancient landscape dotted with glaciers, rock spires, high tarns and some beautiful unique flora and fauna like the giant groundsels and the odd looking rock hyrax which has evolved from the elephant.

The very famous routes are;

1. Sirimon Route

2. Chogoria Route

3. Narumoru Route

Join us as we dust off our boots for the mountains.

Depart Nairobi 6:30am Road trip to Sirimon gate and have a picnic lunch before entry. The hike starts from the Sirimon Park gate (2660m). There are killer & panoramic views of the peaks from the view point.
