The eight days tour takes you through prime national parks and game reserves here in Kenya. This tour enables you to witness the wildebeest migration in the Maasai Mara game reserve, white rhinos in Lake Nakuru, Big Elephants in Amboseli and various wildlife in Tsavo West and East National Parks. The order of the tour can be customized to meet your own interest.

The joint mass of Tsavo West and Tsavo East National Parks forms one of the largest National parks in the world and covers a massive 4% of Kenya’s total land area. Tsavo East is guarded by the limitless lava reaches of Yatta Plateau and is patrolled by some of the largest elephant herds.
Our safari leaves Mombasa or Nairobi at 6:45 am and drives north towards the vast wilderness of Tsavo East, Kenya’s oldest and largest park. You’ll be arriving at the lodge in good time for an early lunch after an introductory game in this park.
Spend the afternoon at leisure, then late in the afternoon at 4:30 pm, enjoy game viewing / exploring the park in search of elephant, lion, leopard, buffalo, kudu, zebra and hartebeest.
Dinner and overnight.

After breakfast, you’ll leave for Tsavo West National Park with enroute lunch.
The most iconic attraction in the park is Mzima Springs. The crystal-clear water of this chain of lakes is filtered through the volcanic rocks of the Chyulu Hills just to the north. Shaded by majestic fig and acacia trees, the lakes swarm with fish, large crocodiles and some big pods of hippos.
The birdlife in the park is outstanding. If you’re on a birdwatching safari you’ll be knocked out by the number of sightings you have. The white-headed buffalo weaver is a particularly noticeable species, with its prominent bright red rump, and there are at least eight recorded hornbill species here.

After breakfast, you’ll have a game drive in the park including a visit to Mzima Springs where hippos, crocodiles and various species of fish can be seen in the crystal-clear waters. You’ll then proceed to Amboseli National Park with a picnic lunch en route. You’ll be arriving in good time for afternoon and evening game viewing in this park

Amboseli is the plains below Mount Kilimanjaro. The waters from melted snow drain down the mountain under lava flows and surface in Amboseli, creating a green belt of swampland amidst dusty plains. Here, hippo, elephant and bird life can be seen against the backdrop of the magnificent snow-capped mountain.

Enjoy a full day in Amboseli with game drives in the morning and afternoon to explore the park and have magnificent views of Mount Kilimanjaro, the highest peak in Africa. View large herds of elephants, renowned to be residents of this park. Amboseli is popular with breathtaking views of Kilimanjaro and reliably good elephant viewing. Nature lovers can explore five different habitats here ranging from the dried-up bed of Lake Amboseli, wetlands with sulphur springs, the savannah and woodlands. You can also visit the local Maasai community who live around the park and experience their authentic culture. Animals to be found here include the leopard, cheetah, wild dog, buffalo, elephant, giraffe, zebra, lion, crocodile, mongoose, hyrax, dik-dik, lesser kudu, and nocturnal porcupine. There is also a prolific birdlife featuring 600 species. All meals and your overnight stay are at the lodge.

After an early breakfast, we will depart Amboseli for Lake Nakuru National Park with en route lunch to arrive late in the afternoon.
Check-in and relax by cooling your body in the swimming pool if you so wish at no extra cost. Late in the evening at around 4:00 pm, proceed for a game viewing drive in this park which is 188sq km. It is best known for its thousands, sometimes millions of flamingos nesting along the shores.
The park has more than 25 eastern black rhinoceros, one of the largest concentrations in the country. There are also a number of Rothschild’s giraffes, relocated for safety from western Kenya from 1977. Waterbucks are very common and both Kenyan subspecies are found here. Among the predators are lions, cheetahs, and leopards, the latter being seen much more frequently in recent times.

After breakfast, depart Lake Nakuru for Maasai Mara National Reserve with lunch en -route. On arrival in Maasai Mara, you’ll relax and after the sun has cooled down, proceed for a game drive in search of black-manned lions, elephants, leopards, cheetahs, buffalo, and other plains game. Later, you’ll return to Camp/Lodge late in the evening for dinner and your overnight stay.

Today you’ll have a full day set aside for game viewing in Kenya’s finest wildlife park, the Maasai Mara National Reserve.
Much game is coming to your doorstep when you are in the park. You only have the option of counting the blessings that nature holds for you as you view animals in their natural habitat.
Wherever you go in the vast Mara, you will see a frequent amount of wildlife such as Maasai giraffes, baboons, warthogs, bat-eared foxes, grey jackals, spotted hyenas, topis, impalas, hartebeests and wildebeests. Elephants, buffalos, zebras, and hippos are also found in great numbers. It is also common to see lions either basking after a heavy meal or surveying the plains for their next meal. Cheetahs and leopards are harder to spot but reasonably common.
The ultimate action here is without a doubt the annual wildebeest exodus, the Great Migration, in July and August when millions of these grazers move north from the Serengeti.
A visit to this reserve will allow you the best chance to witness and watch firsthand as thousands of wildebeest migrate across the swollen crocodile-infested Mara River. This is one of nature’s greatest wildlife spectacles, the wildebeest migration. The sheer number of wildebeests arriving in the area is staggering. The migration is a dramatic mass movement of almost two million wildebeests, zebras and gazelles in a seasonal annual cycle driven by rainfall. In order to reach Maasai Mara fresh grazing, wildebeests make dramatic river crossings, facing enormous crocodiles to feast on the Mara plains and regain their strength. November’s short rains trigger the last leg of the migration when the wildebeest move south to Serengeti. Return to the tented camp/Lodge for dinner and your overnight stay.

After sumptuous breakfast you will check out of the camp and visit the Maasai Cultural Village. You will enjoy songs and dance and also get to learn about the Maasai culture. You will have a chance to buy handmade souvenirs made by the Maasai ladies. After a great time you will drive back to Nairobi with a stopover for lunch. Drop off at the city center.
